RED HOLLOW RENEWABLE ENERGY
Red Hollow Renewable Energy is a proposed 300-megawatt solar and 300-megawatt Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project on approximately 2,700 acres of privately owned land in Archer County, Texas. This project could be operational as soon as the end of 2027 with the potential to provide taxpayers, school districts, hospitals, and the local government with reliable economic benefits for years to come.
With Texas’ all-in energy production model, every type of energy generated can help Texas remain an energy leader with a strong, reliable grid. Partnering energy storage with solar generation allows Texas to store extra solar power generated when demand is low to use when demand for energy increases, creating a more reliable grid.

A STRONGER ECONOMY IN Archer COUNTY
Red Hollow Renewable Energy will bring in new tax dollars to the local community, generating a new source of revenue that supports the most essential elements of the community, including schools, the local hospital, infrastructure, and local government. With increased local funding and an all-in approach to energy production, Red Hollow Renewable Energy will help support a reliable, secure Texas grid.
